Minimum Order Amount
Our minimum order amount is $ 3000.00 USD. If there are some individual items that interest you and they do not total the minimum order amount, please contact us and we would be more than happy to see what we can do for you
Privacy Policy
When Tropical Cocoon Furnishings gathers your personal information via the use of our website, you can be rest assured that you privacy will be protected. We will not distribute any of information and use it only in conjunction with the processing of your furniture order. We will reserve the right to contact you after the transaction has been completed and your furnishings have been delivered to ensure you were satisfied with the service we provided.
Pricing
All of the prices listed are in US Dollars. Taxes (15%), delivery charges and insurance are not included in the prices listed. Tropical Cocoon Furnishings reserves the right to change pricing and policies at any time.
Payment
Tropical Cocoon Furnishings requires a 50% deposit to confirm and process all orders. All custom made furnishings and accessories require payment in advance. When the 50% deposit is received from the client, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The balance due is required when Tropical Cocoon Furnishings S.A. DE C.V. has received the shipping documents and the shipping tracking information. Delivery is charged based on weight and the distance traveled. Delivery is not included in the price of the furnishings and will be added, including the applicable taxes and insurance. There is no markup on delivery charges. We shop for the best company with the best possible price and charge you the amount that the delivery company charges.
Damaged Furniture
In the unlikely event that any of your furnishings are damaged upon arrival, we ask that you do not accept the piece(s) from the delivery truck. Please take a photo of the damaged area and send it to us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to replace the item(s) as quickly as possible.
Warranty
Tropical Cocoon Furnishing has a no return policy on all furnishings. We are an internet based business with no warehouse location for storage. Having said that, we will do everything possible to solve any issues you may have with your new furnishings. We have spent years researching and qualifying our manufacturers based on the quality of furniture they produce. Please keep the size of your space in mind when planning your furniture purchase. We cannot be responsible for furniture that does not fit into its intended space.
